• Visit https://wpsenroll.com/sonravahealth  on your computer or mobile devise before the end of the enrollment period.
• "Help Us Identify You" - At the Enrollment site screen, enter your Company email address and your personal identification number (PIN). 
• Your PIN is the last four digits of your social security number and your four digit birth year, with no spaces or dashes.
